Legal Age

You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.

Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal Only. Payments will be made between the 25th to 30th of each month. Minimum payment: $10.00

Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 (one) account.

Emails

By joining Grand Slam Ads YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE UP TO 10 (ten) EMAILS EVERY 24HRS FROM:

admin@grandslamads.com

Please add this email address to your address book, i.e., white-list, as mail from:

admin@grandslamads.com

ARE NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get other members' Solo Ads as well as website updates, commissions info etc.

Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Grand Slam Ads promotions including, but not limited to, Solo Ads from Grand Slam Ads members or anything that Grand Slam Ads needs to relay to all members. You also agree to receive up to 2 (two) emails every 7 (seven) days from your sponsor from our internal referral mailer system. Your sponsor will never know your true email address.

Grand Slam Ads will send, at the most, 10 (ten) solo ads per day and occasionally 1 (one) admin email.  Most will be Solo Ads, you will be rewarded with points when you read them.

Posting Text Ads

Any violations of these terms and conditions can result in immediate termination (deletion) of your account along with forfeiture of any earnings and refunds without prior notice.

• You agree that we will delete any ad posts that displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or other inappropriate sites.
• You agree that no ad posts will promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all ad posts will be fully compliant with federal and state laws.
• You agree to no racist or hateful ads.
• You agree to only have links in ad posts that point to ONLY html web pages. You agree to have no links to e-books, downloads, zip files, mp3's, etc.
• You agree to only use URLs that do not break frames.
• You agree not to include profanity in your ad posts.
• You agree that misleading readers will not be tolerated in any form.

Autoresponders or Bounced Emails Are NOT Allowed

If your email address bounces or sends back Grand Slam Ads a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. When your account is deleted you will lose ALL referrals, points AND commissions. If your account is deleted for the aforementioned reasons, you may request reinstatement of your account. Reinstatement is at the discretion of the management. If you were a Pro member you must send proof of your upgrade to Pro by supplying your PayPal transaction ID# to Bruce & Trishah at admin@grandslamads.com.

Liability

Grand Slam Ads is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote all of their offers on the Internet. Grand Slam Ads does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from Grand Slam Ads.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered email address is YOUR responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. Grand Slam Ads will not be held liable for any losses incurred.

Policies

All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Grand Slam Ads.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Grand Slam Ads liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds

All refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for a refund you must either have paid for a lifetime membership or bought advertising. First submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund along with the reason for your request. Once approved your refund will be sent to you and your account will be deleted. You will forfeit any earned commissions and will not receive further payments.  By joining and paying for any paid portion of Grand Slam Ads, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

SPAM

Grand Slam Ads has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include Grand Slam Ads's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.  Safelists are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as YourLuckyList.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

You will not send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Grand Slam Ads in emails. You will not falsify user information provided to Grand Slam Ads or to other users of the service in connection with Grand Slam Ads, or any of it's other sites. You will not use the Grand Slam Ads name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.

Grand Slam Ads considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Grand Slam Ads terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account and loss of all earnings and refunds.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Grand Slam Ads actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Grand Slam Ads reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including taking action, without limitation, to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Grand Slam Ads reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

If/when we make substantive changes to these terms the membership of Grand Slam Ads will be notified via email within 48 hrs. If you continue to use the site after the notification email is sent, your use of the site constitutes your agreement with the new terms.

By becoming a Free Member or a Pro Member of Grand Slam Ads, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
